Brucie Collections Gallery proudly presents the personal exhibition of one of the brightest Ukrainian young photographers Julia Weber.

Julia is well known in the world of mass media where she spent more than 15 years as a radio anchor and TV-news reporter. Apart from this, she was developing her photography skills looking for unique technique and approaches. Finally, after 10 years of art experience, she had made her choice and now devotes herself to professional photography only.

Brucie collections were the official start for Julia Weber`s art path with the project «Exploration of the setting». Several years before the gallery exhibited the works of young Ukrainian photographers and Julia`s photos were published later in the eponymous photo book. The first Julia`s personal exhibition of reportage photography took place in autumn 2013 during the Ukrainian Fashion Week: about three dozen frames under title «Fashion Moments» talked about the fashion world backstage. In February 2016 a chamber exhibition entitled «Stones Trees Birds» was presented at the French Institute in Ukraine.

The current Julia`s exhibition focuses the most touching moments of her art path as a photographer. It shows the diversity of her talents and fidelity to own characteristic style no matter what she does: staging portrait, reportage, street or subject photography, random moments and places captured while traveling.

According to the author, the work on the portrait in close cooperation with the model makes possible the understanding of personality in the best way. Meanwhile, reportage shooting or travel moments cannot be invented by a photographer. But on each of these areas, Julia works with the same talent and skill.

The exhibition presents Julia Weber`s works made in different periods and countries: Ukraine, Italy, France, Turkey, Germany, Georgia, Israel and the United States.

The works of Julia Weber will be available to view and purchase in the Brucie Collections gallery starting from February, 16th, 2017.
